Free Shipping on orders of Glass Pool Mosaic of $299.00 and up to all the contiguous estates. Excludes freight shipping, bathroom vanities, toilets, large format porcelain and natural stone tiles. Special delivery instructions such as, liftgate, notify prior arrivals and residential deliveries. The shipping cost on the website does not include taxes and duties.
We only shipped out orders on business days, Monday through Friday. Most of the items stocked are shipped 1-2 business days, via FedEx/UPS.
Generally the orders for the stocked items are shipped within 2-3 business days through UPS/FedEx. Customers can expect to receive their orders in 2-7 business days from the day of shipment. Some orders may have multiple shipments and arrive in more than one box, we will provide the tracking information after every shipment.
For expedited order please contact us first, so we could validate the availability, an additional fee will be applied. Note that the express option is only for transit.
Orders over 200 lbs. Will be shipped through a LTL (Less than truckload) freight company. We will contact you before every shipment to arrange the delivery details.
We highly recommend once you have received your order, open and inspect all packages, if any items have arrived damaged, please contact us immediately, we will accept claims for damaged items within 30 days of shipping.
All kinds of tiles are subject to shade variation, if you are reordering the same material to match a previous order, please let us know, we might not have the same dye lot available. We will not take responsibility for shade variation between two different orders.
Before every shipment all addresses must be verified. If the delivery address is not correct, we will reach the customer through email to confirm the information. We will not proceed with the shipment till we have received a response from the customer, this might delay the shipping process. Please reply with the confirmation through email.
